Returns and Complaints
Customers have the right to submit a complaint
within the statutory warranty period of 24 months.

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase
contract within 14 days of receiving the goods
without giving any reason.
Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days
after receiving the returned goods.
